My story
I am Carmen and for over 15 years I have been working as consultant on an international scale in numerous fast-paced industries and place on the planet.
Along the years I have realised how in the organisations the staff turnover was high, with the talent flight, the lack of motivation within the teams and a toxic atmosphere was set up.
The employees left after having gone through uncomfortable situations and the organisations were unable to understand the situation nor fix them.
I have worked on specific projects with big corporations where the employees’ dissatisfaction results led to trigger all alerts and actions to try to fix them with delay and on a large diversity of aspects.
I have seen demotivation and mistrust on employees’ faces when the pain points were tackled and also how the management overwhelmed for the large variety of topics to handle ran late to address with them to find solutions.
Also, I went through this experience myself.
Change the course
During that time I have analysed the common aspects, and could conclude that they were not culture or industry related, however the lack or weakness in the connection and sense of belonging along with the inappropriate culture, communication and empowerment within the organisation.
Always looking for a continuous improvement and to spread the wellbeing at workplaces I have created the PEN© methodology, where in addition to my expertise on consultancy I have added my knowledges cumulated over the years in some new fields to complement and reinforce the results.
